[?] This is the distance, horizontally between the centres of your two pupils. It enables exact centring of your Lenses in your chosen frame.

Your optician can be requested to provide you with this as par t of your prescription; alternatively you can measure this for yourself. By looking in a mirror typically a man has a PD between 63 > 70mm a lady 58 > 66mm.

If you are a 'larger' or 'smaller' person your personal P.D. may well be more or less than typical. Please try to be as accurate as possible with your P.D.
